The Recur360 Advanced menu is an add on option available for QuickBooks Desktop connected accounts. It allows you recreate in QuickBooks, or delete from Recur360 invoices, customers and payments that may not have synced properly between the two programs. When enabled a new choice appears at the bottom of the Options menu from an invoice.
This menu choice brings up a new screen.
You can choose to delete from Recur360 if this transaction was an error and is not in QuickBooks. Or if the invoice or payment is not in QuickBooks (and does not appear in the pending sync tasks) you can choose to have Recur360 repost the invoice, the payment, or both.
The Advanced menu is also available from the Customer screen to allow you to either re-create the customer in QuickBooks or remove them from Recur360.
