Cancel/Delete Account

Depending on your subscription there could be 3 main parts that need to be canceled. 


Recur360

We have a self-service option to delete your Recur360 account.

Go to Settings- Account Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page. 

    • You will see an option to delete the account. 


When canceling/deleting your account please remember:

    • Cancel before the 1st of the month to prevent next month's billing
    • If you cancel on or after the 1st of the month, that month's billing will not be adjusted 

Recur360Pay

Recur360Pay is powered by Fullsteam and the request is needed to be submitted a little differently.

Please be aware that canceling your services does not prevent the charges listed below:

Transaction Fees:
    • Processing transaction fees from 1 month prior (if on monthly billing)
    • Interchange fees from transactions processed 1 month prior (if on monthly billing)
    • Card brand monthly transaction processing fees from 1 month prior

Non-Transaction Fees:
    • Terminal lease or purchase fees from 2 months prior (if applicable)
    • Terminal sales tax from 2 months prior (if applicable)
    • Card brand Network & Assessments fees from 2 months prior
    • Chargeback fees, as applicable.

QuickBooks Online

If you pay your QuickBooks Online subscription through Recur360 to receive the 10% discount and would like to cancel your service through us, please email payments@recur360.com.

    • We might have lesser QuickBooks online subscriptions available. 
    • When we disconnect your QuickBooks billing from Recur360, the next time you log into QuickBooks Online you will be prompted with billing options moving forward.
