In the event you have decided to move from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online, please remember the Recur360 account for your QuickBooks Desktop file is formatted slightly different than the QuickBooks Online file.
-
- Because of this you will need a new Recur360 account formatted to work with QuickBooks Online.
- The customers and invoice/payment history should have been moved to the new QuickBooks file already. If not, please move at least any open invoices to the new file.
- Once the new QuickBooks Online account is connected the invoice history in the new QuickBooks Online file will sync over.
