Royalty Invoices
Royalty Invoicing can be tricky. We try to make it a simple process.

Collections Management
One of the most frustrating things is having to remember customers who haven't paid. Who have notifications been sent to? How many reminders have they been given? How far past due are they?
We try to make it easy to manage the most frustrating part of accounting, getting paid.
On the dashboard you can quickly see how many open or unpaid invoices you have.

From the collections center use the filters to narrow the results or download the list to an Excel sheet for easy sorting.

Bulk email customers with balances, and collect payments
See more details in these articles Processing Payments & Sending Emails.

Check out the sortable columns built into the report.

To move to the right of the page, scroll right on the bottom of the page, or click the page right button.

In the Reports menu you will find the email history that will show any emails that have been sent to your customers, as well as any pending emails that are scheduled to be sent.

You can also see the email history for each customer from their customer profile at the bottom.

If you click the status of the message, it will show who it was delivered to, if the message was opened, what time it was opened, and if they have clicked the pay online link.
