Invoice Overdue Template
Invoice overdue messages are based on the terms (due date) selected on the invoice. You can schedule the emails to go out automatically in the light blue section when creating the invoice.
If you have already created the invoice or it has already been created by the recurring invoice you can add the emails to go out by accessing the invoice and selecting options in the top right.

Select Schedule For Later
You can have it sent on a specific date, x days before/after the due date, or every x days. Please remember that if the date for sending is BEFORE the due date they will get an email, but it will be an invoice due email until the due date has passed.
Invoice Overdue Template
The invoice overdue template is located in the Settings- Email Settings on the right-hand side of the screen and is the bottom section.
Editing Messages:
When you click the "edit" link it will pull up a new page with various editing options.
The first 2 options allow you to select if it sends the same message every time, or if you would like the message to change after a selected number of days.
If you set one message the message box will only show the message sent on every invoice overdue notice sent.
You can change the subject line, greeting, and/or the message body to be more personalized.
Selecting a custom set of messages will add a scroll bar on the right to scroll down to what the second message will say.
At the top of this section, you will be able to decide how many days this message will be displayed AFTER the first section has completed.
Towards the bottom of this section, you can choose to insert another message that will take over on the invoice overdue emails after the first and second messages have completed.
Some merchants choose to progressively step up the intensity of the messages until the invoice is paid. You can add multiple sections depending on your business needs.
Customer Memo Location:
In the next section you can choose where the customer memo will be located on the email.
Here is a preview of where it would be if "first" is selected:

Message Variables:
There are preselected variables on the default wording and you have the option to change/add any to fit your needs.
Simply click and drag the variable to where you would like it in the message. For example, I want to add the invoice due date to the message body.
