The RECUR360.com Invoicing and Payment processing platform joined the Fullsteam portfolio of companies in February 2023. Fullsteam will enable RECUR360 to bring you enterprise automation capabilities to enhance your software experience.
We’ve launched RECUR360PAY which is a payment processing solution built directly into RECUR360. You’ll be able to access our Merchant Track, a fully integrated transactional, funding, and monthly reporting portal, right from within your RECUR360 login.
RECUR360 has pivoted from being a payment processor agnostic platform to only utilizing RECUR360PAY for all accounts. You are receiving this notice to begin your transition from your current payment processor today, click here to sign up.
Existing payment processing integrations will be deprecated and disconnected on the following schedule.
- January 31, 2024 - Authorize.net
- February 28, 2024 - Intuit Payments, NMI, USAePay, Elavon, Paya
When your existing payment processor gets disconnected, you will lose all of your customer's stored payment methods. Payment methods aren't stored in RECUR360, rather they are stored with your processor. When those processors get disconnected, so do all stored payment methods. This is why it's important to get signed up for RECUR360PAY as soon as possible so you can send an email from our platform requesting your customers to update their payment method after RECUR360PAY is connected. You can request token migrations from most processors for both your credit card and ach tokens, with the exception of Intuit Payments.

RECUR360 will begin to charge basis points of .30% ($ X .003) on all payment transactions that pass through our platform for January and February of 2024 until 3rd party processors are disconnected
