RECUR360PAY - Refund a Transaction (Manual process)

You can give a customer a refund on a payment that was processed by RECUR360PAY.

    • The transaction you want to refund has to be in the "Funded" status.
    • We also have a feature to automate the refund process, you can view it here: RECUR360Pay Refunds

Note:  ACH payments take minimum 7 days before they are able to be refunded.

If you want to refund a transaction that happened on the current day and it is prior to 8pm Central time you can Void the transaction, which means it will never process from your customers account.
